Presentations

Oral presentations will be 10 minutes.

Please upload your presentation file to the computer in the slide room before the session starts. Note that the presentation computer has only USB ports; there is no CD-ROM or other disc drive. While Power Point will also be provided, presenters are kindly suggested to use PDF for their presentations to avoid issues with fonts and other problems.

Once your poster has been accepted, please prepare your poster. In order to make these sessions run smoothly, please make sure your poster is put up before the start of the session and removed after it has ended. The recommended format is A0.

Please also prepare a single slide which summarizes your work. This will be used during the ‘Poster Teaser’ session on the workshops. The time for the Poster Teaser presentation is two minutes in which you should introduce your work and point out the main conclusions.

Virtual presentations will be a 10 minute oral presentation using the BBC Software. More instructions for the virtual presenters will be given soon.
