All participants are invited to submit abstracts for oral, poster and virtual presentations. Submitted abstracts will be peer-reviewed for their acceptance by the Scientific Committee. In case the organizers cannot accept an oral communication, authors will be invited to present their research as a poster.
Please note that your registration is required to access abstract submission, but payment is not mandatory at this stage. Accepted abstracts will however only be published in the book of abstracts of the conference, after full payment of the registration fee.
You will always receive an acknowledgement of your abstract submission. If you do not receive anything, please contact us by email to engineeringeducation@uji.es, to make sure we have received your abstract.

Notification on acceptance of the abstract will be emailed within one month after the submission deadline.
Instructions
Abstracts should be written in English and have a minimum 2 pages of total length (including figures, tables and references). The maximum extension is 4 pages. To be included in the Conference book participants should follow the template provided in the web of the conference.
Abstracts should be uploaded through the Easy-Chair Platform after participants’ registration.
Publications
Accepted papers will appear in the conference proceedings, published by UPV/EHU Press, and will be provided with a ISBN.
