Please use the FORM below to register. You will receive an acknowledgement of your registration by email. If you do not receive anything, please contact us at: engineeringeducation@uji.es

Registration fees for the assistants and students include:

• Admission to all scientific sessions
• Abstract book, conference bag and certificate of attendance
• Publication of the paper in the book of abstracts
• Coffee breaks and lunch as per the meeting schedule

Registration fees for the virtual presenters include:

• Access to the full conference program in streaming
• Access to the Virtual Sessions
• Publication of the paper in the book of abstracts
• Certificate of Virtual Presenter

Once completed the online registration, we will send you a confirmation email and receipt by email.

• All payment should be in euros.
• Conference and your name should be clearly mentioned in the form of the bank transfer.
• Transfer confirmation proof must be sent by e-mail to: engineeringeducation@uji.es
• The total amount of the fee should be credited to the conference organizer in one payment.
• The sender must pay all appropriate bank transfer charges in addition to the registration fee.

In the event of cancellation, written notification should be sent to the Organizing Secretariat by email: secretariat.engineeringeducation@uji.es

The following cancellation fees will apply:

Before 15/06/19: Full refund, excluding administration fee of € 25.

From 15/06/19 to 30/06/19: 50% refund

After 30/06/19 or if the participant fails to attend: no refund.

All refunds will be processed and issued within 30 days after the congress.

Name substitutions are possible at an extra charge of € 25,00.
